Use your university user account for login to Docata.

Please note: You will receive an email when there are new messages about doctoral examination procedures in Docata. The email will be sent to the email address associated with your user account at University of Hamburg.

Questions about the user account and the assignment of a new password should be directed to the user administration at the RRZ.

Your email address at UKE is your username for login to Docata.  Please use “Request new password” to set your password for Docata. Afterwards you can login to Docata.

Please note: the "set password" link is only valid for 12 hours.

If you are not member of University of Hamburg or UKE, you will recieve an email with your login data.

• you can download attachments like information sheets
• you will be informed about the download of the dissertation

In the section "people" you find access to documents one or more postgraduate records:

• download the dissertation
• upload your review of the dissertation
• download the minutes for the oral defense
• uplowd the minutes after the oral defense
