We provide reviewers and members of doctoral examination committees with the following services in Docata:

Notifications from the examination administration regarding the respective examination procedures, with the option to reply directly in Docata
Download of the dissertation for reviewers and the examination board
Upload of reviews directly to Docata
Provision of information sheets and minutes (e.g., dissertation defense minutes)

Login in Docata

Docata accounts for reviewers and members of examination committees are created by the doctoral offices. Please do not register for Docata on your own.

Messages about doctoral procedure

After login, you will find messages regarding doctoral examinations:

You can reply to messages directly in Docata
and archive them afterward.
You can download attachments such as information sheets.
You will be notified when the dissertation is available for download.

Find documents of respective doctoral file

In the "people" section, you can access documents from one or more doctoral student files and have the following options:

Download the dissertation for your review.
Upload your review of the dissertation.
Download the minutes of the oral defense.
Upload the minutes of the oral defense.
