I want to upload my report, but I don't see the doctoral candidate.

The following requirements must be met in order for you to upload your review for a doctoral degree:

  • You must be listed as a reviewer in the relevant doctoral student file.
  • The doctoral candidate must have submitted the application for the opening of the doctorate proceedings in Docata.
  • The administration office for doctoral studies must have initiated the process in Docata.

If you are unable to upload your report because you cannot find the person, one of the requirements has not been met.
Docata Support can provide you with information on all these points, but the responsibility lies with the administration office for doctoral studies.

I can see the doctoral candidate, but none of their documents (e.g., dissertation).

You already meet the requirements to view the doctoral candidate’s profile. However, if you cannot see any documents, it means either that no documents have been uploaded or that the doctoral advisor has not yet granted access to the documents.
