If you are unable to complete your doctoral program within the specified time frame, you have the option to apply for an extension. Starting from the date of your admission, the “Application for an extension of the doctoral procedures” section will be available on your Docata homepage, where you can “Start the application for extension”.

In the application, you must provide at least a cause as well as a new schedule.
