Update your contact details

To change your name or correct your gender or birth details, please use the Campus Center contact form. Add proof to your request, e.g. enclose your marriage certificate.

If you are employed at University of Hamburg or the UKE, please report the name change in addition to the responsible human resources services.

The name change will then be forwarded to Docata.

Please provide your private mailing address. You can log into Docata at any time and change or add these data. Please always update your contact details; this is the only way to obtain important information during the doctoral phase.

If you enter several addresses, then specify your correspondence address.

If you have a mobile phone and enter the number here, University of Hamburg offers you additional services such as the "Forgot your password?" is send by SMS for your university identification (B-Kennung).

You can enter multiple email addresses.

Docata account

You can change your correspondence email at any time. Please note your correspondence email is your user name in Docata.

University account

If you use your university account at University of Hamburg you cannot change your correspondence email. Please note, we exclusively send e-mails to the university e-mail connectes to your university user account.
