Advances for administration of doctoral procedures are:
Support of administrative processes for doctoral procedures
Support in communication with doctoral students and reviewers
Support in reporting
Digital file management
Development of an interface to CampusNet
The software Docata 2.0 from the company Divinus Soft is used for these tasks, which will be available to all faculties to support the doctoral procedures.
Doctoral researchers use Docata for online applications. Doctoral researchers recieve documents an further information from the exam management in Docata.
Reviewers and members of examination commission use Docata to communicate about the examination procedure and gain access to documents, e.g. the dissertation.
The administration of Docata is located in the university administration, section 32 (Campus Management). A working group with colleagues from all faculties supported the project planning and rollout of Docata with their expert knowledge.
